Abstract

As the whole world is becoming an extended community with the free trade movements of the products and services across the countries and as a result the Indian consumers too is getting exposed to the International best standard practices and products, the same also goes true when it comes to the products of the construction industries like Infrastructure, Buildings and other projects. Total Quality Management (TQM) can be answers to the quality requirements of developing nations like India. The India construction companies can adopt the TQM tools and techniques to involve every activity and everyone associated with the project to produce world class project.
