Abstract

With the development in information technology, the marketers will overcome many a challenges, which needs to be taken as the need of the hour. Online marketing is vital in ever changing modern market conditions. In Indian context online marketing is in the beginning stage, for the development purpose, great amount of computer literacy & internet acquaintance is required. To solve the problems of existing physical (distribution) marketing, virtual (sky) marketing is required and e- marketing will fulfill this requirement. In India, customers are more habitual to see & physically verify the products, while purchasing. In view of the dynamic competitive global market, organizations? are ruthless to achieve improved performance, customer delight (satisfaction), quality service, security towards existence and profitability. This is possible only with the passage of time. Marketing would change with the changing situations. It will secure its important position let it be change its nature. It is eternal, ever-changing & always has given new course for research.
