IoT-X Powered Intelli Industrial Surveillance and Autonomy with AI-ESP Camera

Abstract
Industrial environments require continuous surveillance and rapid response mechanisms to provide safety, security, and operational efficiency. Conventional surveillance systems depends heavily on manual monitoring and lack intelligent decision-making capabilities. This project proposed an IoT-X powered intelligent industrial surveillance and autonomy system using an AI-enabled ESP32-CAM module for real-time visual monitoring alongwith automated event detection. The proposed system integrates edge AI, IoT connectivity, and cloud analytics to detect the unauthorized access, human presence, and abnormal activities within industrial premises. Lightweight deep learning algorithmms are deployed at the edge to enable low-latency inference, while the IoT-X framework ensures secure data communication and device management. Detected events trigger autonomous responses and real-time alerts to supervisors through web interfaces. The proposed solution offers a scalable, cost-effective, and intelligent platform suitable for Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing applications.
