Feedback Analysis of BEAMS using Opinion Mining

Abstract

Online Feedback System for BEAMS (Budget Estimation, Allocation and Monitoring) helps in collecting feedbacks from users for various projects undertaken by the PWD (Public Works Department) . Proposed opinion mining on the feedbacks helps to view and analyze the response and reviews of the users. This can be used  to assess the work in progress and exploring work of PWD. So superior officer can review the work done by engineers for particular project assigned to him. The proposed technique also provides positive and negative feedback and also uses geolocation of user, google maps, authentication system. Feedback form is provided in English and regional language Marathi.
